Building Park City Campus has always been more than a construction project for me it is a statement about the kind of future we deserve. After the devastation of the mega storm, we realized that survival alone wasn’t enough; we had to create a smarter, cleaner, more resilient city that reflected the world we want to live in. That’s why I committed to building an advanced smart city powered by practical clean-energy grids and automated systems using AI and robotics. We’re not rebuilding the past—we’re constructing a future that adapts, evolves, and supports its people. In “Almost Utopia,” entropy is always at work; things break down, systems decay. But that is exactly why builders matter. Every dome we design, every energy station we upgrade, every hydroponic farm we restore becomes a symbol of the Yearn-Learn-Churn-Earn-Return cycle. You yearn for better, you learn the skills, you earn through contribution, and you return value to the community. That is the blueprint of our city. Building isn’t just physical—it’s philosophical. It teaches responsibility, agency, and purpose. With each project you undertake—whether repairing a graphene storage unit or optimizing the AI network layer—you add stability to a place that once stood in ruins. And the beauty of our Campus is that every student plays a part in maintaining and improving the systems around them. When everyone builds, the city thrives. We don’t chase a perfect utopia; we build toward an “Almost Utopia,” knowing each improvement strengthens the bridge for the next generation. That is why I build—and why I want you to build alongside me.
